Chuo Occupational Health Office (株式会社中央総合産業医事務所) is an independent occupational health practice based in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The practice is led by its founder, Dr. Jun Hosoe, a board-certified internist and diabetologist, who personally serves as the occupational physician (sangyoi) for approximately 20 companies, primarily under direct contracts. Services are available in both Japanese and English.

- Appointed occupational physician (sangyoi) services as required under Japan’s Industrial Safety and Health Act
- Attendance at health and safety committee meetings, and workplace inspections
- Follow-up on statutory health checkup results
- Physician interviews for employees working long hours or under high stress
- Support for mental health cases: providing medical opinions on work accommodations and return-to-work arrangements, based on which the employer makes its decisions
- Health education and consultations for employees
